Aerial Fabric Foundations

Service Description

We’ll look at the core moves of aerial slings key elements, inversion, sitting, standing, open fabric and wraps. Each section will be taught over two classes the first to introduce you to the movements and the second to improve and practise the techniques. We try and have new students start on the 1st week of a new section so they don’t miss anything, please check the schedule before booking for the first time. When the foundations have all been achieved you can either repeat the program or progress onto the improvers class.
