Below, is a seven day introduction to Fit In The Moment. These videos will work your body from head to toe. Each one is designed to be performed around your home or office, in those small moments that pop up throughout your day. Encouraging you to move more without having to make any extra time!
Watch them from left to right carefully Mobilising, Strengthening, Stretching, Releasing and Relaxing different parts of your body each day. To get the most out of the videos, watch one through and then continue the movement for a few minutes, really feeling and listening to what’s happening in your body before proceeding to the next one.
